Central Office employee (d/m/f) for the grand opening of CenterParcs Nordborg Resort in Denmark starting March 2025

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Operational management: mail processing, filing, telephone service, processing of B2B enquiries and their coordination, design of sales posters and signs, booking and coordination of business trips and organisation of accommodation for temporary/seasonal staff, taking minutes at management meetings, fleet management
  • Merchandise management: ordering and managing workwear
  • Assumption of manager of duty services
  • Systematic and appreciative cooperation with the park manager, management team & marketing
  • Participate in exciting and diverse projects, e.g. together with our marketing or HR management team

 

Dein Profil:

  • Completed training in the catering, retail or administration/secretarial sector
  • Several years of professional experience in a relevant/comparable position
  • Professional experience in the catering industry
  • You have a talent for organisation and keep a clear head even in stressful situations
  • You are no stranger to service orientation and the guest is always king with you
  • Ability to work in a team and enjoy your work
  • Good knowledge of Danish, good knowledge of English or German is also welcome
