GRAND OPENING: Deputy Head Chef / Sous Chef at Nordborg Resort

Deputy Head Chef / Sous Chef (d/m/w) for the grand opening of CenterParcs Nordborg Resort in Denmark

Your tasks:

  • Deputising for the head chef in his absence
  • Coordinating the planning and organisation of all outlets
  • Quality assurance and control of work processes
  • Active participation in the creative preparation of our dishes
  • Planning, managing and motivating our kitchen team
  • Controlling ordes and storage of goods as well as managing resources
  • Creative co-design of menus for special events

Your profile:

  • Completed vocational training as a chef or a similar qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in the hospitality and catering industry, ideally in a comparable position
  • Experience in the banquet kitchen is desirable
  • Enjoyment of work, creativity in preparing various cuisines
  • High level of service orientation
  • Initial management experience desirable, as well as a high degree of team spirit
  • Time flexibility and willingness to work weekends and public holidays
  • Good knowledge of Danish, good knowledge of English or German is also welcome
