Team leader (d/m/w) Service or Sales for the new opening of CenterParcs Nordborg Resort in Denmark starting March 2025

Full-time / part-time

Your tasks:

  • Leading and motivating the team, ensuring smooth operations during the shift in support of the F&B assistant
  • Organizing daily operations and staff coordination during the shift, e. g. creating daily duty rosters and shift schedules in coordination with the F&B assistant
  • Responsibility for quality, guest satisfaction, and revenue during the shift
  • Carrying out cash reconciliations and shift handovers 
  • Training and onboarding new staff, ensuring quality standards 
  • Ordering, receiving, and storing goods 
  • Collaboration in guest service, from service to sales activities in the restaurant or market
  • Cashier and sales duties 

 

 

Your profile:

  • Ideally, completed training as a restaurant specialist, system catering specialist, hotel specialist, sales person or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in the above-mentioned field, ideally with management experience
  • Strong communication skills and ability to lead by example 
  • Organisational talent, ability to work under pressure and positive attitude
  • Time flexibility and willingness to work weekends and public holidays
  • Friendly, communicative and open mannerpersonality
  • Proficient in MS Office and well-versed in the programs   
  • Good knowledge of Danish, good knowledge of English or German is also welcome
