F&B Assistant (d/m/f) for the new opening of CenterParcs Nordborg Resort in Denmark

Your tasks:

  • Leading the floor managers (team leaders) and employees of the catering outlets
  • Ensuring the optimal workflow in all departments
  • Regular "Manager On Duty" services (shift responsibility) in alternating rhythms
  • Motivating and supporting the team
  • Quality and complaint management during the shift
  • Quality control and product presentation
  • Implementing the Occupational Health and Safety Act and compliance with hygiene guidelines
  • Selecting and training new employees 

Your profile:

  • Completed vocational training, ideally in gastronomy, or relevant experience in the field
  • Strong communication skills: initial professional experience in a comparable position is desirable (experienced professionals are also welcome)
  • Familiar with MS Office and confident in navigating the programs
  • Leadership qualities and the ability to set an example
  • Organizational talent, resilience, and a positive attitude
  • Flexibility in working hours, with a willingness to work on weekends and public holidays
  • Positive demeanor and enjoyment in dealing with people
  • Good knowledge of Danish; English or German skills are also welcome
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to Germany for business trips
